If you plan on doing it yourself start with these items

digi cam (for taking photos for verification)
Pen (for writing)
paper (for writing on)
tape (for taping things)
sharpie (for writing on tape)
wire connectors (just in case)
wire strippers (also, just in case)
zip ties (for zip tying stuff)
tools (wrenches, sockets, ratchets)
towels (for cleaning and wiping sweat)

Make sure you have some place covered preferably a garage and either a whole weekend or another vehicle to drive. You want to plan your route before you start unplugging stuff. Decide if you want a full tuck or semi tuck. To do them right you are most always going to have to extend some of your wires so if you are not 100% sure about cutting your harness and splicing dont even start.

There have been several brief write ups on sites such as Honda-Tech and even most import or performance magazines have covered it at some point and that information can be found on the interwebs.
